Hi,
In order to recover your clan if it gets hacked, please follow the steps below.
1. Ensure the security of your account by changing your password at least once. Recover your account first if you have lost the account completely.
2. Send an email to clanchief@garena.com with the following details.
-Your username
-Your UID
-Clan Name
-Clan ID
-Link to clan webpage
-Screenshot/Evidence the account belonged to you
-Explanation of how you think you got hacked
If you are unable to recover your account, you will be required to provide much more evidence that you were both the account owner and clan lord.
